Who can use TAM
Link to this section

These terms apply to the contracting Company, its authorised company signatories, Vault Administrators, Contributors and anyone using its TAM Intelligence™ Vault. “TAM”, “we” and “us” mean TAM INTELLIGENCE LTD (company number 17252591), registered office 27 Willow Garth Road, Chesterfield, United Kingdom, S41 8BL. The Company must authorise its signatory to accept the subscription terms. Each Admin and Contributor accepts these platform-use terms by accessing or using the Vault after the terms have been made available. An Admin invitation or technical role does not itself give authority to end the Company's contract or destroy the Company's information.

The order, agreed plan and any written negotiated terms identify the service being purchased. For privacy questions or data requests, contact support@tamintelligence.com. The Company remains responsible for providing required notices to people it invites and obtaining any necessary permissions. Mandatory legal rights prevail. Questions and notices can be sent to support@tamintelligence.com.

Your responsibilities
Link to this section

The Company controls its authorised users, lawful business purposes and access permissions. It must have the necessary rights and lawful basis to upload or ask TAM to process information, including personal and confidential information. Admins must use their permissions for the Company's authorised purposes, maintain accurate access, remove departed users and safeguard shared records. Contributors must provide information honestly, respect confidentiality and follow the same acceptable-use requirements. Every user must use their own account, protect login credentials and promptly report suspected misuse or compromise.

Users must not impersonate another person, share access credentials, circumvent permissions or attempt to identify anonymous contributors. Company authority must not be fabricated, transferred to an unauthorised person or used maliciously.

Acceptable use

We do not tolerate use of the platform to commit, promote, facilitate or conceal:

  • Unlawful discrimination, harassment, bullying, hate, victimisation or retaliation, including conduct directed at protected characteristics or a person reporting concerns.
  • Violence, credible threats, coercion, exploitation, sexual abuse or child abuse.
  • Fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering, criminal conduct or deliberate deception.
  • Stalking, doxxing, unauthorised disclosure of personal information or interference with another person's privacy, confidentiality or legal rights.
  • Defamation, malicious allegations, fabricated evidence or deliberate manipulation of interviews, responses, records or AI outputs to harm others.
  • Malware, phishing, unauthorised system access, denial-of-service attacks, scraping outside permitted access, security bypasses or theft of credentials or data.
  • Copyright or other intellectual-property infringement, impersonation, or use of the platform to misrepresent an association with TAM or another organisation.
  • Malicious deletion, export, alteration or withholding of the Company's information, including an Admin attempting unauthorised Company closure or access removal.
  • Any other unlawful activity, or knowingly using the platform to facilitate it.

Legitimate reporting of discrimination, wrongdoing or safeguarding concerns is not a breach merely because the report describes offensive or unlawful behaviour. Good-faith whistleblowing, factual disagreement and fair criticism are not prohibited. Reports should be limited to relevant information and handled sensitively. TAM is not an emergency service. Use the appropriate emergency or safeguarding route where immediate action is required.

When rules are broken
Link to this section

Suspected breaches may be reported to an appropriate Company Admin and, where necessary, TAM SuperAdmin for restricted review. We limit access to what is needed to investigate and protect people, the Company and the service. We will not direct a report only to an Admin who is implicated where a safer authorised route is needed. Automated indicators may support review; they are not conclusive findings of wrongdoing. We do not promise to identify every breach or continuously inspect every communication.

We may immediately restrict the offending account or affected functionality while investigating a credible risk. A substantiated serious breach of the zero-tolerance rules may result in immediate termination of the offending user's access and/or the Company subscription, depending on responsibility and the risk involved. An allegation alone does not automatically erase an innocent Company's information. We may preserve relevant evidence and must comply with binding legal restrictions. The Company can request review through support@tamintelligence.com. Review does not require us to restore access that would create an immediate safety or security risk.

After a Company subscription is terminated for breach, normal platform access stops. Where lawful and safe, the authorised Company contact has up to five calendar days to obtain a controlled export. The deadline is the earlier of five calendar days after termination and the end of the existing paid period. It does not extend the paid period. Access to unlawful material, third-party confidential information or evidence subject to a legal restriction may be withheld. We give the Company the actual export deadline and explain any restriction where law permits.

Payments and credits
Link to this section

Lite is £500 per year, invoiced and paid upfront for annual access. Access begins after payment is verified. Core and Growth are monthly subscriptions without a minimum 12-month commitment. There is no discounted annual Core or Growth option at launch. Assisted onboarding is an optional, separately agreed one-off service. Prices exclude VAT where applicable unless expressly stated otherwise in the order.

Subscriptions renew and are charged until cancelled. Give at least five working days' notice before the next renewal to stop that renewal. Working days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays as specified in the order. The verified renewal date and notice deadline appear in the account panel. We acknowledge the notice receipt timestamp and confirm the effective end date. Feedback is optional. No telephone call is required simply to give notice through the platform route.

The current rate card is set by SuperAdmin and displayed dynamically to the relevant Company, including eligible Company-specific offers. Existing agreed subscription terms and previously recorded activity charges are not silently rewritten by a catalogue change. Any change to the Company's contracted subscription price is communicated before it becomes applicable, including the right to cancel as agreed.

Activity credits are a shared Company allowance, not personal AI tokens, money, stored value or a transferable cash balance. Charges apply only to the stated functions and their stated charging events. The published scope explains what is included and which actions are free. Credit validity follows the agreed allocation rules. Purchased credits have no time expiry while the Company account is active. Unused credits of every origin are cancelled when the subscription ends and are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law or expressly agreed. This does not remove rights arising from a service failure, billing error or breach by TAM. Paid credits are issued only after verified payment, not upon submitting a top-up request. The final invoice states applicable tax and the agreed price.

Cancellation and profiles
Link to this section

The platform provides separate Cancel Subscription and Cancel Profile routes. An Admin can submit notice or a request, but cannot alone authorise destruction of the Company's Vault merely by holding an Admin role. TAM verifies the Company's signatory through a channel independent of the requesting Admin, obtains approval from a separate authorised Company contact, notifies registered Company contacts and resolves any authority dispute before Company closure is executed. Genuinely sole-owner companies use a separate, proportionate identity-verification route. Verification protects Company data; it must not erase or reset a valid notice date.

Personal profile closure ends that person's access after the required checks. It does not itself cancel the Company's subscription, spend its credits or delete its shared records. A last-Admin handover and other Company memberships must be resolved. We explain what personal information is erased, what shared Company records remain and any lawful retention. Individual data-protection rights can also be exercised through the privacy contact and do not depend on Company approval.

Pause your subscription
Link to this section

A Company on a rolling monthly Core or Growth subscription can request a pause of up to 12 months. A pause is not available during a prepaid Lite year because there are no ongoing payments to suspend. We confirm the pause start date, end date and resumption arrangements in writing before it takes effect. During the confirmed pause, subscription payments and Vault activity access are suspended. Company data and unused credits are retained. Credit-expiry clocks are paused and resume with the remaining validity when access resumes. No new monthly allowance or credits are added while billing is paused.

A pause is not a deletion request. Before access resumes, we confirm the return date, charges, next renewal date and available credits. The Company can instead cancel under the applicable notice rule. We do not silently delete a paused Vault when the maximum pause is reached; we notify the Company of the next action in advance.

Your data when you leave
Link to this section

For ordinary cancellation, the Company must obtain the exports it needs before the confirmed subscription end date, normally the applicable paid-period end. Approved intelligence and available saved reports can be downloaded through the platform; broader authorised exports can be requested in advance. A download does not convey rights to another person's confidential material or to TAM's platform software.

After the confirmed end of the paid period, there is no customer access to, download of, or restoration service for the closed Vault. The intended production process automatically deletes the active Vault data at that point and invalidates access, export links, queued jobs and connected credentials. A returning Company starts a new Vault; its former Vault data will not be preserved for a future return.

This commitment concerns the active Vault and customer restoration availability. Minimal invoices, accounting, security and closure records may be retained for stated lawful purposes. A binding preservation requirement can delay deletion of affected evidence. Any residual backups are restricted, put beyond ordinary use and expire under the disclosed backup-retention schedule; they cannot be used to recreate a closed customer's Vault. A disaster recovery restoration must reapply deletion records before access resumes. The Provider will disclose retention periods applicable to account and backup data.

Privacy and confidentiality

The Company and relevant rights holders retain their rights in information supplied to the platform. The Company grants TAM only the permissions needed to provide, secure and support its agreed service and fulfil lawful obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Company's underlying information or authorise its reuse for a shared cross-company intelligence product.

We do not sell, trade or publish identifiable Company information, raw Vault content or confidential source material, or use that material for unrelated advertising. Cross-company Level 3 intelligence is deferred and is not part of the current service. We do not pool Company content or extract indicators from it to build a shared intelligence bank, cross-company benchmarks or commercial trend reports. These terms grant no permission to do so, including by removing names or other identifiers. Technical service-operation and security measures do not authorise such business-content reuse. Receiving optional reports or marketing is a separate choice and does not grant that permission either.

Confidential Company information includes process and method descriptions, technical know-how, product innovation, inventions, research, commercial terms, strategy and other information that gives or could give competitive advantage. Protection applies even when the Company is not identifiable and follows the protected substance into summaries, paraphrases, embeddings and other derivatives. Such material is processed only for the Company's authorised service and lawful obligations, not released to other companies as supposedly anonymous learning.

Any future proposal for Level 3 will be explained separately, including eligible sources, confidentiality and anonymity protections, uses and retention. We will seek the Company's explicit agreement before activating that new purpose and meet the applicable personal-data requirements. A routine renewal, an Admin invitation or failure to object does not itself grant retrospective reuse permission. Only data still lawfully available and authorised for that purpose could be considered; a future proposal does not change today's closure and deletion commitments.

We do not deliberately compromise its confidentiality. We use appropriate safeguards and restricted staff access; no system can honestly promise that a breach is impossible.

Operating the service requires processing by approved infrastructure, automation, integration and AI providers acting under appropriate agreements and instructions, under written agreements and instructions appropriate to the service. This necessary service processing is not a sale of Company data. We will not use Company content to train shared or general-purpose AI models without a separate lawful agreement. That commitment must also be enforced in provider settings and contracts.

We disclose information to law enforcement, courts or other competent authorities where legally required, verifying the basis and limiting the disclosure to what is required. We notify the Company where lawful and appropriate. Required accounting, legal-claim and regulatory handling must follow the privacy notice. We do not promise absolute secrecy in circumstances where the law requires otherwise.

Using AI outputs

Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a competent person. The platform supports organisational learning and judgement; it does not determine whether a person is guilty of misconduct, suitable for employment or entitled to a legal right. Users must not use its outputs to make unlawful or discriminatory decisions. The Company remains responsible for its decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice. No business outcome is guaranteed. This does not exclude any legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The applicable order sets out any agreed service levels, support or availability commitments, and any customer-specific terms. For support, complaints or security reports, contact support@tamintelligence.com. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. In particular, liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any other non-excludable liability is not limited. Material changes will be communicated and accepted where required. The terms shown display their version and effective date.
